Hey folks! Hope this finds you well! Just wanted to hip you all to a little tour warm-up run through Michigan next week. Four days, five shows, including an official Detroit area CD release.
Over the years the Detroit area and Michigan in general have been very good to me. I love playing there; I have friends there; and I always have a GREAT time there. I can't think of a better place to hit the road for a few days and get warmed up for the tour.
Wednesday August 20th, I'll be a live guest on the Rustbelt City Limits radio show with my friends Jennifer Westwood and JD Mackinder. You can tune in at 2pm EST at RawRadioX.com. Later that night, I'll be in Detroit at Cafe D'Mongo's Speakeasy where Ryan Dillaha and I will both open the show for Jennifer Westwood and the Handsome Devils EP release.
Thursday August 21st, I'll be supporting Ryan Dillaha at the Third Street Pub in Detroit at 7, then I'll be off to be a featured guest at the Rustbelt City Limits showcase at The Stray Cat Lounge in Clinton TWP, MI. This will be the official Detroit area CD release show for Sixteen Winters!
Friday August 22nd, I'll be pointing the van north and putting the brakes on in Mt. Pleasant, MI., for a special Paddle and Pick show at Buckley's Mountainside Canoes.
Saturday, August 23rd, I'm gonna hold over in Mt. Pleasant, and play at Rubble's, with my old friend Bob Busch. Something I don't get to do nearly often enough.
So there you go! If you're in Michigan, stop on out and say hello!
